Purpose

In alignment with the District’s Strategic Plan, Chancellor’s Cabinet serves as the leadership team ensuring the sustainability of our District to effectively and equitably educate students and meet the needs of our diverse communities in partnership with classified professionals, faculty, other managers and students.

Vision

The Chancellor’s Cabinet exemplifies an open and transparent decision-making process, recognizing that the needs of students are paramount, while taking into consideration the perspectives of faculty, classified professionals, managers, students, and the diverse communities we serve. We are a student-centered and equity-minded team of leaders, making forward-thinking decisions that are fact-based, data- informed, and systems-oriented. Above all, we strive to exhibit and embody the courage required to innovate and change in service of our purpose, and to earn the respect and trust of those we serve.
